Clarify System Requirements

Could we get clearer system requirements in readme.md? I built the project on a VPS running Oracle Linux 9, which turned out to have an older NodeJS version packaged (16) that was too old for some of the dependencies; the dependencies also required G++ to install; not too difficult for me to figure out, but it would potentially be helpful for others.
