MOM6 coupled model configuration for relaxing to sea surface salinity climatology

All remain same as in the sample files, except following input.nml, i.e., the ocean model set up is similar to the free running version while it relaxes to SSS climatology.

Note: the addition of MOM_saltrestore in parameter_filename, see MOM_saltrestore for an example.
