I installed the panel, everything works fine, but it doesn’t work with mobile Internet at all. Has anyone already found a solution to this problem?

Build based on the tutorial, make sure the domain and IP are clean and Cloudflare is active (Otherwise, enable the fragment)

Create a VLESS configuration with the WS transport protocol.

I installed the panel, everything is according to the instructions. The IP address and domains are available and resolvable. Created a VLESS configuration with the WS transport protocol. Everything is working fine on the cable Internet channel. There is a connection via mobile networks, I use V2RayNG, it passes verification. BUT when trying to open any site, there is no download and there are a lot of unanswered DNS requests in the log, after a timeout, an error that cannot resolve the domain name. Perhaps the reason is that the private DNS in the android settings does not work on mobile networks either. Mobile operators block the use of third-party DNS. Enabling traffic fragmentation does not help.
