Airborne 64 layout changes

The newest update, Airborne 64, changed the position of where the stockpile name is displayed. They also introduced a slightly different view when a seaport or depot is "pinned". The content parsing is still working just fine, but this broke the stockpile name parsing. I've attached some variations to show the changes. If you need anything else, please let me know!
