helics_connector example using JSON-formatted matchfile doesn't work

The use of JSON-formatted matchfiles with helics_connector does not currently work due to a bug in HELICS. HELICS issue 2722 has been set up to track the HELICS bug and once that bug is resolved the example will be fixed and verified working.
