GNS3.VM.VMware.Workstation.2.2.58.1.zip is it the right download for VMware Fusion Pro

Please confirm if GNS3.VM.VMware.Workstation.2.2.58.1.zip is the right download for VMware Fusion Pro 13 to create GNS3 VM on Macbook Pro M3.
Issue I am facing:
I have VMware Fusion Pro 13.4 on Macbook Pro M3. Downloaded the above ZIP file and it extracted into 4 files "GNS3_VM-disk1.vmdk, GNS3_VM-disk2.vmdk, GNS3 VM.mf and GNS3 VM.ovf".
Created a custom VM in VMware Fusion Pro myGNS3VM with HD GNS3_VM-disk1.vmdk and HD2 GNS3_VM-disk1.vmdk with 4 core and 8 GB ram. Once applied and run the myGNS3vm, it errors out saying EFI VMware Virtual NVME Namespace (NSID 1 and 2) No media....
Tried to download fresh a couple of times with the same error.

• Am I downloading the correct ZIP file mentioned above?
• Am I supposed to select HD type (other than NVME?) eg. SATA?

Any ideas or pointers?

More data points:

1. I went through the discussion about M1 and verified that the steps I have taken are the same provided in that discussion (with existing HD GNS3_VM-disk1.vmdk and HD2 GNS3_VM-disk2.vmdk (4 core, 8 GB memory) with Network.
   Same error - NSID 1 and NSID 2 NVMe -- NO media

2. Also tried alternative method of downloading from GNS3 website and downloaded the .ZIP for (vmware workstation/fusion). Went thru all the steps again but the same error.

Any guidance/pointers will be appreciated.

In case it helps, my system is a Macbook Pro M3 with Apple M3 Pro chip.
