Add an option for LXC compute nodes #3787

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a nice intermediate between docker and QEMU GNS3 might be able to advantages of LXC containers. While it doesn't really "solve" a problem per se. It would open up options where docker is not enough and QEMU is too heavy. These operate closer to BSD jails in spirit. Could open up a few options for nodes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the option for LXC containers as a compute node. To be clear I am talking about LXC (upstream) not LXD or Incus. This would be the most straightforward implementation as Python already has a liblxc binding.
