GNS3 3.0.6 recalculates MD5 checksum on every QEMU node creation despite valid .md5sum cache #3792
Description
When creating QEMU nodes in GNS3 3.0.6 using large disk images, GNS3 recalculates the MD5 checksum of the base image every time a node is created, even when a valid .md5sum file exists and the checksum is already stored in the controller database.
This causes unnecessary disk I/O and significantly slows down node creation
