latest FRR, is there an appliance for this?

The latest version of frr at:
https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/releases/

is: FRR Release 10.1.3
They support both rpm and deb packages and have a docker container.

I would prefer to use either the RPM or DEB packages on either rocky linux or debian and ubuntu.
I think that just a basic cloud init script is required to install FRR from the internet.

We could update it to add v10.1.3 and also create a new appliance for Docker.

@grossmj I am unsure on which and what you are referring to?
I am unsure about what exactly you are using to create the VM so it's a dark thing.
If you do ask me I would use a cloud image of debian or alpine with a basic resize to 20G and then use a cloud-init iso to configure the VM.
Also, there is no change the world the a VM for FRR would run on 256MB of ram.
Any modern linux distro these days requires at-least 1GB of ram.
