Vulkan - Black screen and corruption when using DXVK

Hi. I'm having a problem with most recent DXVK versions on Windows where some games (Fallout New Vegas and AC Origins) shows black screens and corrupted textures.

The problem I'm facing right now is with Fallout New Vegas. Browsing through DXVK GitHub, they point to issues related to newer versions of AMD Vulkan Driver on Windows, and not something related to DXVK itself.

Since they say it's not their problem to fix, can you guys take a look see what's happening?

In New Vegas, the game crashes with the following error: Failed to create Vulkan swapchain: -13
