SetFanTuningStates unchecks GPU tuning "advanced control" in Adrenaline.

Step to reproduce:

1. Set advanced control in the GPU tuning section in adrenaline.
2. Initialize ADLX and get manual fan tuning.
3. Get fan tuning states, change one value.
4. Call SetFanTuningStates with the changed list of states

Really hope this project isn't abandoned as this issue means I can't use FanControl to control all my fan speeds as it just resets any overclocks/undervolts on my graphics card.

Just retested this as of 12/23/25, and this no longer happens. Changing the fan speed doesn't reset tuning.
