FR: Ability to remove person from group #346

It would be great if there was a way to remove someone from the group.
We have a group that occasionally changes members and it gets quite difficult to un-select every past member. The alternative is to create a new availability form, but that requires everyone to re-input their availability.
If there was a way to remove someone, maybe only available to the creator, that would be very helpful.
