Clean up unused branches

I was browsing our list of branches and saw that some of them refer to past issues that have been resolved or were used for debugging that could be deleted, e.g. test/binarybh_add_stream_synchronize and test/check_lint_ignore_gh_action. I think that when we try to add new features that will only be accessible via a dedicated branch e.g. the ChiRelaxation class, this branch bloat could be confusing.

Admittedly some of these are mine, e.g. matter-classes-ci-test so I will try to be responsible for these and remove as many of them as I can find.

I think I have removed all of the branches of mine that I currently no longer need. Once you have removed your branches, @julianakwan, I'm happy for this issue to be closed.

Hi @mirenradia can I delete enhancement/matter_class_mr_suggest? I think the current implementation is exactly the same as the one in this branch but I just wanted to double check as you are Mr Suggest 😅 Thanks!

I think test/gpu_regression_test is yours as well as you demonstrating something while reviewing the PR.
