Conduct regular usability testing and create a plan to test for usability:

• Regularly using qualitative and quantitative data to determine user goals, needs, and behaviors
• Acting on the results of user testing and measuring return on investment

Accessibility Guild will:

• Create plan for user interviews and testing
• Conduct user interviews and review new and upcoming changes to the platform to get user feedback on a monthly basis
• Review feedback and integrate into planning
• Digital.Gov will provide guidance and expectations for scheduling interviews and testing and check in to review results and make any UI and technical changes
