Show details from the Dataset table on the details page

Feature/what we're after

Connect our dataset details page from #5492 with the actual Dataset table populated in #5491

Anticipated/hypothesized benefits

• Finish up the data flow from harvest to app
• Proves out the URL structure

Measurements/metrics

• Changes in the harvester about the Dataset show up on the catalog pages

References/background

• We probably need to decide on the pathing to get to these. If we can repeatably make "slugs" for each dataset and get better URLs, then we should, but probably UUIDs should also work and be consistent somehow.
