Add search box to dataset details pages

Questions:

1. The given example provide a small searchbox to search within the same publish (org). Should we limit the scope to same organization too?
2. where to place the search box, position 1 or position 2?

I assume we are using position 2 and searching with the same org.

It is not clear here but the search box is not limited to publisher. The link takes you to see the other datasets in the org, but search box is widely scoped. If you try a term it searches the whole catalog. I wouldn't expect ours to search within the org either.

With the broad catalog search, the text could be Try a different search and the box can be pretty slim

Believe it or not, that AmeriCorps is actually publisher name from dcat, not organization. I am quite sure when we go with any full design, the organization will be linked.
I will modify the search box size and scope.
