fix pytest coverage reporting annotations

For our harvest and catalog repo, the test annotations is noisy. Ideally we should see 0 warning 0 error.

How to reproduce

It is there in the test for every commit.

pytests for both repos are clean, with no annotations. That said, I’m not sure putting the OpenSearch mapping drift in an annotation warning is the best approach. It tends to get overlooked.
