Problem

James Brown flagged in Slack (thread) that a GSA DCAT-US harvest source failed when demoing correct SSA-style DCAT-US behavior to John. A manual force-reharvest on that one source fixed it, which suggests other DCAT-US sources harvested before the collection-setup change still carry the same stale state.

Acceptance criteria

• Confirm scope: all DCAT-US harvest sources, or a subset
• DCAT-US harvest sources in prod have been force-reharvested
• Spot-checked reharvested sources reflect the corrected behavior
