Switch home page from tables to bullet lists with category intros
Tables felt heavier than needed for a link index. Replaced with
**[[Page]]** — description bullets, and added a one-line intro sentence
under each category heading explaining its scope.
Reorganize wiki home page into topic-based tables
Previous home page had 5 categories with bare links and no descriptions.
New version groups the same content into 7 categories (System components,
Harvesting, Operations & monitoring, Infrastructure & security, Team &
process, Legacy CKAN reference, Deprecated/superseded), adds a one-line
description per page, and surfaces the ~40 pages that were only reachable
via the flat alphabetical sidebar before. All links from the previous
version are preserved.
