New Styles Beta - Button Colors

The updated scss files drastically changed the colors for buttons, as well as changed the sizing.

What is on the uswds branch in sam-frontend-content (local only)

The buttons should look like the below picture:

This ticket is for the color and width of these buttons. It appears that the class 'width-full' is not registering as a full width. And class 'sds-button' has a blue color instead of the usual green
