CCCM is divided into two separate divisions:

  • Data Management Division: Handles data, reporting and the Certification & Accreditation (C&A) process.
  • Service Delivery Division: Oversees training, customer agency outreach, the annual forum, GSA SmartPay program and training websites, COR duties and guidance/legislation.

Together, they manage GSA SmartPay, the largest government charge card program in the world.
