[BUG] Multiple Posts Being Made for the Same Update

Due to the workflow of when the Firebase document is edited, and a Reddit post is made, occasionally multiple Reddit posts are published. This can be fixed by publishing the Reddit post first and storing its URL in the Firebase document initially.

This is already being done, issue needs to be investigated more.
