[BUG] Multiple Mail Applications Review

Description

There are lots of admins that will be receiving the emails on several different email applications. Please check the email is readable on the following applications:
Gmail, outlook, gmail mobile, outlook mobile, Apple’s mail mobile

Minor Issues:

• all text really big on gmail laptop
• the foster questionnaire questions are not bolded on outlook laptop
• image and name/about/description are very close to each other on outlook mobile
• with a long description, on outlook mobile, the image becomes very very small (not the case in gmail mobile weirdly)

I don't have any apple products so someone else will need to investigate the Apple mail part of this
