Auto-generated SDK GitHub Action is not Prettier formatted; tests are not run

We currently have a GitHub workflow for automatically copying over the latest Juno pre-release generated SDK from the primary Juno repository. However, these finals have been automatically generated and cause prettier formatting issues--something that should also be done automatically.

Changes needed:

• Workflow runs prettier formatting
• Workflow PR runs all tests (including lint); currently generated workflow does not, see Update Juno SDK files #42
