[Bug] Incompatibility: Tinkers Double Jump is breaking Icarus Wings

Bug Report

With TiCon installed, the wings from Tombenpotter's Icarus don't flap. They still glide, but the main use is not working. I do not know what version of TiCon this started happening with, but it didn't happen with the non-GTNH releases.

Tested with the latest 1.7.10 version of the original Tinkers Construct (pre-GTNH) the wings still flap, but the gliding is broken instead...

For reference, the Icarus wings are supposed to grant midair jumps by flapping whenever the jump key is pressed.

For some reason, adding NotEnoughKeys halfway-fixes the issue, wings can now flap but will fail to flap at random. Does not seem to conflict with ModernKeyBinding, so far.
