Telegram message link

When I try to send a link I pass a telegram link message like: https://t.me/c/2571172278/429336, which is a message with a epub file.
Is that possible? If it is yes the answer, it is needed to add the bot into that group, or if I have the right to see is enough?

@Urkov Sorry it took me a while to see the message.

The bot doesn't accept that kind of links. You need to send the file itself to the bot.
