describe review notifications in the registry manifest - #80
Merged
Conversation
The manifest predates the feature: registry UIs rendered the configuration hints without the review-notifications flag family. The description now names the capability, and the environment-variable list carries the enable flag, poll interval, and the three noise filters with their defaults. Reaches the registry with the next released tag via the Registry workflow.

server.json predates initiative 02: the description and environment-variable hints didn't mention review notifications. Adds the
GERRIT_MCP_REVIEW_NOTIFICATIONS*family (enable, poll interval, include-own, account and pattern exclusions) with defaults matching the config package. No publish happens from this PR -- the entry updates with the next released tag through the Registry workflow.
