Ctrl + mouse wheel

In standard windows explorer, Ctrl + mouse wheel changes the size of the items/thumbnails and eventually changes the view from one to another type.
Sadly, this feature is not present in Better Explorer.

Add the Windows Explorer's Ctrl + mouse wheel feature.
