[Feature Request] Support for Vector MovieClips

@Fancy2209 You're absolutely right – now that you've added vector capabilities, we need a movie clip that can display vector animations. 🙏

A few ideas to consider:

• The logic behind displaying the correct frame, sending the right events etc. is surprisingly convoluted. So we must avoid code duplication and make sure that stuff is implemented only once.
  • I already faced a similar problem in the Button class with its logic concerning touch events. In that case, I created a ButtonBehavior that can be used by other classes to make use of the same behavior. We could do the same here (in other words: prefer composition instead of inheritance).
  • Actually, I already prepared that when I created the Adobe Animate Extension, because I also needed a class that behaves just like a MovieClip (in that extension, it's the Animation class). So I extracted the frame-logic from the MovieClip and put it in its own class: MovieBehavior – already with the idea of moving that class to Starling, later.
  • Well, it seems that moment has come. 😃

So, you could copy (and, if needed, modify) the MovieBehavior from the extension to Starling, and have both good-old MovieClip, as well as the new vector-based class, use it.

As for the naming of the class: to be honest, when I first read MovieClipVector, I actually thought that I maybe had used the Array class in the MovieClip and you had converted it to Vector.<...>. 😜 To avoid any confusion like that, what do you think of CanvasMovieClip? Or simply CanvasClip?
