Certain parts from Nertea's mods missing configs.

I've noticed that certain parts in mods don't have the configs that other parts like them do. The examples I can name off the top of my head are that one of the nuclear engines from Kerbal Atomics doesn't seem to have the radioactive engine config, and neither does the bigger nuclear salt water engine from Far Future Technologies. The largest ring station is also missing the paragravity module. I'd try simply fixing this myself, but I don't want to risk tampering with files I don't fully understand.

I might now add the new NFE reactors to that list. Several other mods could use updates, I suspect.
