Subscribe stuck on `initializing the room…` and invite to an unjoinable room

I'm trying to test it and I am stuck at the subscribe setup where my room is stuck and impossible to join, is it a known problem?

I've never had that before, are there any errors in the logs? It might also be related to your homeserver 🤔

So probably Conduit induced/caused.
