Reuse of Matrix identity on the Zulip side?

I know this is not realistic yet because Zulip does not support it, but assuming we go see Zulip upstream about the usecase, do you think it's a good idea to enable just interoperability of Matrix identities over the Zulip side out of the box for seamless puppeteering?
