FE: Finish Styling for Dashboard

We now have hi-fis from design (yay) so let's update the dashboard styling to match them a bit closer. For starters, create the Revenue and Expenses graph (we should have the backend support for this already) and clean up the next steps box to match what is on the figma:

NOTE: use the "High-fi" tab on the left hand side to see the updated colors and styling! Zainab added the colors to the frontend config already also.
