fix: fix dependency conflicts in package lock (#146)

* makefile to install for all clients

* cmd to start dev mobile and web servers

* deps once npm i

* correctly resolve mobile deps + add expo auth

* undiff

* reinstall

* reinstall all package lock json

* add react native svg

* default to install with legacy peer deps

* sync up package lock

* sync up package lock in web

* more diff
