API documentation still broken

Unfortunately, it appears that the API docs are still empty. For example:
RigidEntity.

I was hoping #84 would fix it, but that didn't seem to do the trick. I'm happy to help, but at this point, it might require someone to look at the ReadTheDocs build log. Happy to follow-up on this, if you want to add me as a temp contributor to the ReadTheDocs account.

I think the doc just needs to be re-generated. It is not done automatically as far as I know.

Ah, that makes sense. ReadTheDocs can be setup to watch the repo for updates to auto-generate, if that would be preferred.
