Barcode generator regeneration of cutsites #6
Description
I was just looking at outputs of the barcode generator, and it looks like it does not avoid regenerating the recognition sites like the GBS protocol expects. For example, for MspI, if the 3' end of a barcode ends in a C and this is ligated to a read cut with MspI, this could lead to failure if the MspI enzyme is not deactivated or otherwise removed before ligation, which is not always done.
