Activate the 3D view with a pre-configured terrain

That updated MapStore submodule brings in GeoNode support for 3D views.
We want to activate it with a pre-configured terrain that can be configured within GeoNode settings.

What is the status here? I am trying to set a Cesium terrain as background without success?
Any hint is much appreciated.
