Confirm delete for a dataset which has references

Describe the bug

Currently, a user has to confirm before deleting a dataset. However, there is no notice on existing references (e.g. map). After deleting the layer and re-opening the map, the layer cannot be loaded anymore (thanks Captain Obvious !) and the map indicates changes:

Expected Behavior

The user should be informed that the dataset to be deleted still has references or is referenced by other resources (like maps), respectively.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Create a map and add resources (you are allowed to delete)
2. Delete the added resources
3. Confirmation message does not contain any notice of existing references
4. Re-open the map
