Proposal to remove tabs from the preview panel

The preview panel, which opens when a resource card is clicked, contains information but lacks management tools. For example, spatial extent cannot be edited inside the preview panel, and the new management tab is not available.

We find this confusing for users, and we propose to limit the preview panel to only show the info tab.
