UI improvements

Testing the new 4.0 UI I encountered some parts which could be improved:

1. Info Button and Edit Info
   
   Both buttons provide the same functionality. They show the metadata in simplified form in the infobox. You can not edit the infobox marked with the Edit Info button apart from uploading a new thumbnail.

2. Title and Abstract are shown twice
   
   In the infoboxes, abstract section the raw HTML is rendered and at the top of the infobox, the rendered markup is used. This could be unified. I would vote for dropping the raw HTML abstract section out of the infobox and using the upper markup rendered area for the abstract. Same for the title which is displayed at the top and inside the tabular section.

3. Lengthy titles in TOC won't linebreak

Long layer titles are not readable in the mapstore TOC. See:
