Change the WMS URL to a more generic OWS URL

Users report that having both the WMS and WFS URls would be useful, instead of the specific WMS link available with the globe button inside the info panel (see image below).

We can return the generic /ows URL inside the capabilities_url (which is generated in get_dataset_capabilities_url), which will work both for WMS and WFS and change the hint to "Copy the WMS/WFS url".

Changing the URL

http://localhost/geoserver/geonode/dataset_name/wms?service=wms&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

to

http://localhost/geoserver/geonode/dataset_name/ows?service=wms&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

the URL will be a little more generic, but in order to have the WFS getcapa the user also need to change the service queryparam.

I would not change the label, since it would be misleading (and not true).

Change the URL removing the queryparams.
