Evaluate if additional dataset types like "tabular" could be configured via settings.py

current changes related to datapackages in `geonode/geonode` are dedicated to introduce the `tabular` datatype alongside 'raster' and 'vector' types. Maybe we could have additional data types configured via the settings.py to make the configuration of various data types available in geonode
