This notebook adds a python notebook that generates continental plates bounding the letters "GWB". The goal is to demonstrate what is gwb and how it can be used in a notebook setting, most likely on HubZero platform.
The bounded plates do not look great but that can be fixed later. I am pushing the branch for any feedback on how to make it more educational for a first-time user of GWB as a software and not for a geophysical problem.
