Add support for Canadian reference frames #314

It would be very helpful for Canadian users if DynAdjust had support for the reference frames commonly used in Canada: NAD83(CSRS), NAD83(CSRS)v2, NAD83(CSRS)v3, NAD83(CSRS)v4, NAD83(CSRS)v5, NAD83(CSRS)v6, NAD83(CSRS)v7 and NAD83(CSRS)v8.
It appears that this would require new labels, epsg codes, reference epochs and transformation parameters.
I have a fork of DynAdjust where I have made these changes and will make a pull request shortly.
