Noted in Windows versions v1.2.8 MKL, v1.3.0 MKL, v1.3.0 OpenBlas:

While import.exe (.imp) will correctly identify the path of all datasets supplied (green highlight, below).
adjust.exe (.adj) reports all input files as residing in the current working directory (yellow highlight, below)

Steps to reproduce
To reproduce the unexpected behaviour, run any adjustment which outputs .imp and .adj files.

Expected behaviour
Consider reporting as in .m2s (and earlier in imp file), declaring only binary stations and measurements files:
