Datacube Alchemist and WOfS install #156

Matthew is hoping to use Datacube Alchemist to run through some testing. It would be convenient if Datacube Alchemist was installed.
Additionally, WOfS is not installed correctly
Describe the solution you'd like
Install https://github.com/opendatacube/datacube-alchemist
Check the install of wofs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Users install these things manually
