FES2014 tide model files do not cover some West African countries

When running the coastal erosion notebook on Digital Earth Africa Sandbox, we encounter the following error for certain West African countries:
"The FES2014 tide model constituent files do not cover the analysis extent. This can occur if you are using clipped model files to improve run times. Consider using model files that cover your entire analysis area."

Affected countries:

• Côte d'Ivoire
• Liberia
• Sierra Leone
• Guinea
• Guinea-Bissau
• The Gambia
• Senegal
• Mauritania
• Western Sahara

The attached notebook contains a minimal example using St Louis, Senegal:

Hey @mpho-sadiki, I can reproduce this issue with the code below on the latest pip install eo-tides==0.9.1:

There seems to be a problem with the DE Africa tide model files located at /var/share/tide_models/. I've tried re-generating new tide model files by clipping them to the extent of Africa using the code below, then re-running the tide modelling. It now works correctly:

I'm not exactly sure what is going wrong (I probably made those model files originally, but I don't remember how I did it), but it might be a good opportunity to refresh how DE Africa deals with tide model files. Here's what I recommend:

• Update DE Africa Sandbox image to use the latest version of eo-tides (eo-tides[notebooks]>=0.9.1)
• Switch from "FES2014" to the open source "EOT20" tide model, avoiding any future problems with licensing
• Download global "EOT20" tide modelling files using the guide here: https://geoscienceaustralia.github.io/eo-tides/setup/#eot20-empirical-ocean-tide-model-default
• Clip those files to the extent of Africa using the clip_models code above (more info: https://geoscienceaustralia.github.io/eo-tides/setup/#clipping-model-files-to-improve-performance)
• Upload those new files to /var/share/tide_models/EOT20, and remove /var/share/tide_models/fes2014
