Video atom info / Info for MP4 (sound) tracks #471

Soo, ever since I've been using the rom-properties thing, I've loved just being able to retrieve all sorts of information for a file easily.
Meanwhile, I'm really struggling easily retrieving information for MP4, MKV / Video files, e.g. Bitrate, Sound Tracks, etc.

Windows does show some information for MP4 files (see Screenshot 1), but the information isn't very specific at all. It does show bitrate for "audio", but seemingly that's just the bitrate for all audio tracks combined. I've never worked with MP4s containing more than 1 video track, but I imagine it'd be the same.

Not sure if rom-properties would technically be the right software to bring this feature, but I'd absolutely love being able to just get info on my video files. This includes all atoms stored within the container video file (MP4 is just the "container" for "atoms", like a sound track, another sound track, subtitles, video track), and metadata like codec (av1, h265, h264), bitrate, bit-depth, and so on.

Quick research results in: FFMPEG and MediaInfo seem to be able to access such info easily from the command line. However, these are 3rd-party tools, thus I'm not sure if using those would be appropriate in rom-properties.
I'm pretty sure Windows does provide some functionality in this regard as well, since it does provide some basic info (See Screenshot 1 again), but I'm not sure how detailed that info is, or if it does even provide more information than what we see in the Explorer.

Do you think rom-properties could implement such feature?
