ngff-spec

The simple things:

• spec: removed invalid mapAxis example ome/ngff-spec#129
• cleanup: remove arrayCoordinateSystems ome/ngff-spec#151
• spec: Hint on expectations on multiscale transforms ome/ngff-spec#146
• docs: add recommendation for coordinate system ome/ngff-spec#144
• Minor formatting fixes ome/ngff-spec#135
• fix: correct typo and add fcollman orcid ome/ngff-spec#133
• add rfc8 authors to RFC contrib section ome/ngff-spec#136

The bigger lifts:

• Displacements are multiscales ome/ngff-spec#145
• Add projectAxis transform ome/ngff-spec#130

• Promote Sequence transforms to MUST, ByDimension to SHOULD
  • sequences are simple and required for multiscales; bydimensions are reasonably simple and practically required for multi-channel images
• Remove strict schemas and test cases
  • reduces ongoing maintenance burden
