align omero-rdf and OMExcavator

OMExcavator is a tool to produce JSON-LD from OME-TIFF metadata, to use in wider Knowledge Graphs like unHIDE, croissant-rdf and OpenAIRE later on.

Thanks for pinning that in the issues @lubianat! @joshmoore and I also discussed that OMExcavator can be useful to put Bioimaging data in CroissantML format and load it to Hugging Face. I have made a Croissant conversion draft: david4096/croissant-rdf#49
